Intelligent Edge Control for Enterprise Fleets

NeuronOS is a purpose-built Linux operating system for managing fleets of ARM64 edge devices across critical infrastructure deployments — from fully air-gapped substations to global hybrid networks — from a single control plane.

Platform Capabilities

Six Pillars of the NeuronOS Platform

Every capability is designed for the operational reality of critical infrastructure — remote, often inaccessible, unforgiving of downtime.

01

Zero-Touch Provisioning

Boot any ARM64 device via USB flash drive or PXE network boot. Devices auto-configure, join the fleet, and pull container workloads with zero manual intervention. Windows and Linux provisioners both supported.

02

Air-Gap Native Operations

Full management capability with no internet connectivity. USB and PXE netboot provisioning, local container registries, and offline policy enforcement — no cloud dependency. Designed for NERC CIP-compliant substation environments.

03

WireGuard Hybrid Networking

Remote sites connect over encrypted WireGuard VPN tunnels. Scales from a single lab bench to a global edge network without re-architecture. NAT traversal and port mapping included.

04

Container-Native Workloads

Docker-based deployment profiles push services to any node in the fleet. Versioned rollouts, template libraries, and role-scoped deployment controls. Update or swap sensing workloads across the entire fleet in seconds — no re-imaging required.

05

Modular Application Platform

Plug-and-play container modules for remote sensing, automated data collection, and edge analytics. Deploy, update, or swap sensing workloads — RADIX camera feeds, HeatWave data, DGA monitors, security cameras — across the fleet simultaneously.

06

Industrial & Enterprise Integration

Native support for Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC-UA, MQTT, CANbus, DNP3, BACnet, RS-232/485, and EtherNet/IP. Seamless integration with SQL databases, PI/enterprise historians, and Active Directory/LDAP for unified access control.
