PowerIntel.
The intelligence behind every alert.

PowerIntel is Power Intelligence's proprietary analytics platform — the brain behind your monitoring system. It ingests radiometric thermal data from every sensor and camera in your facility, builds adaptive baseline profiles for each asset, and applies our patented Sigma Delta Tau algorithm to deliver early-warning alerts with industry-leading accuracy and zero false positives from environmental noise.

Analytics that eliminate guesswork

PowerIntel transforms raw thermal data into actionable intelligence — automatically, continuously, and with unmatched precision.

📊

Radiometric Baseline Profiling

For every measurement point, PowerIntel builds a dynamic thermal baseline that accounts for load, time-of-day, ambient temperature, and seasonal variation — so every alert reflects a genuine anomaly, not environmental noise.

🧮

Sigma Delta Tau Algorithm

Our patented SDT method applies differential calculus to thermal time-series data, producing a quantified stability score for every asset. Deviations trigger alerts with clear severity levels — no interpretation required.

🌡️

Environmental Noise Cancellation

PowerIntel automatically corrects for ambient temperature, weather, humidity, and load variation — dramatically reducing false positives that plague simpler threshold-based systems.

🚨

Prioritized Alert Engine

Alerts are classified by severity and urgency, and delivered to the right team members via dashboard, email, or SMS. Every alert includes historical context, the trend trajectory, and recommended next action.

🗺️

Geospatial Sensor Fusion

PowerIntel maps every sensor reading to a physical location in your facility — enabling spatial analysis, hot-spot identification, and full asset-level traceability across the enterprise.

📋

Compliance & Audit Reporting

Automated reporting for NERC CIP, nuclear NRC requirements, ESG disclosures, and internal maintenance programs. Every data point is retained, traceable, and export-ready.

Sigma Delta Tau — The science of early warning

Most monitoring systems use simple temperature thresholds: "alert when temp exceeds X°." This approach generates endless false alarms and misses the slow-developing faults that cause 90% of critical failures. Sigma Delta Tau is different. It analyzes the rate of change and statistical deviation of thermal signatures over time — detecting developing problems weeks or months before they reach threshold-level temperatures.

Detects faults 10–14 weeks before traditional threshold-based systems
Eliminates false positives caused by weather, load, and ambient temperature
Provides a single quantified health score per asset — no interpretation required
Patent-pending — proprietary to Power Intelligence
SDT = f( Σ, Δ, τ ) → Asset Health Score
Σ (Sigma)
Standard deviation among a group of related thermal measurement points. A rising sigma indicates that one or more components are behaving differently from their peers — an early signal of developing fault conditions.
Δ (Delta)
The magnitude of change in sigma over a defined time window. Large or sudden delta values indicate rapidly accelerating fault development requiring immediate attention.
τ (Tau)
Stability — the rate-of-change of delta over time. Tau distinguishes between transient anomalies (low tau, safe to monitor) and sustained degradation trends (high tau, action required) — eliminating false alarms.
Result: A single, continuously-updated health score per asset. Green = normal. Amber = monitor. Red = act now.
